STELLA DADZIE has developed and facilitated numerous courses to support the implementation of Race and other Equalities objectives in colleges and universities across the UK. She has spoken twice at the AOC National conference.
In 2002-03 she was commissioned by the LSC to deliver regional training to promote the recommendations of Commission for Black Staff in FE to leaders and managers across the UK.
She also helped to develop and pilot the REES (Race Equality in Employment Standard) which was launched by the LSC in 2005.
From 2001, she was instrumental in the work of the Commission for Black Staff in FE, producing three Good Practice Guides and Hometruths, a web-based resource aimed at promoting race equality in employment.
In July 2002, she successfully completed the Learning and Skills Development Agency's Senior Leadership programme, now an essential qualification for college principals and senior managers.
In November 2003, she received the NMB's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Race Equality in Further Education.

Training and bespoke consultancy with colleges and Work Based Learning providers across the eastern region, aimed at promoting good practice in Equality and Diversity, with a particular focus on the REES (Race Equality in Employment Standard)
Curriculum Audit to address the new statutory requirement to include Diversity Competence in CEL's curriculum. Included extensive staff interviews, briefings to staff and senior managers, and the development of core resources, including a web-based E&D induction resource.
