An audit of documentary evidence in support of your organisation's Race Equality/E&D commitments against the comments and observations of a representative group of staff, learners, Trade Union representatives and external 'critical friends'. Detailed analysis of their questionnaire responses provides a set of internal performance indicators for measuring attitudinal change in future years.
The purpose of the audit is to evaluate how effectively your organisation is meeting its declared Race Equality/E&D policy commitments; and to identify the practical actions your managers and staff can take to achieve them.
A review of the impact of your organisation's Race Equality/E&D policies and procedures, involving visits, focus group discussions, 'mystery shopping' and interviews with representative groups of staff and learners. The aims of the review are to evaluate the extent to which your organisation is complying with the law and meeting its commitments, as outlined in its Equalities policies; and to recommend a list of actions your organisation can take to achieve its Race Equality/E&D objectives.
A survey to identify how staff and/or learners feel and think about the way Race Equality/E&D are delivered to them, providing your organisation with a 'snapshot' of the views of randomly selected employees and a list of recommended improvements.
