This module provides practical guidance to staff with responsibility for leading, planning, delivering and monitoring Race Equality.

Focussing on important and challenging developments, in particular the requirements of the Race Relations Amendment Act (2000) and the findings and recommendations of the Commission for Black Staff in Further Education (2002). In doing so, it highlights good practice within in the sector and to suggest some of the benefits to the diverse learning communities served.
